The
LTU-Instant-5 (LTU Instant 5-Pack) is a
5 GHz LTU PtMP client featuring proprietary
InnerFeed® technology — a design that integrates the radio feed directly into the antenna focal point for maximum gain efficiency and compact form factor. The
5-pack format includes (5) feeds and (5) PoE adapters for efficient bulk subscriber deployment across East African WISP networks. The feed measures
201.5 × 64.2 × 56.2 mm (7.9 × 2.5 × 2.2") and weighs 215 g (7.6 oz), while the antenna measures
358 × 271.9 × 288.5 mm (14.1 × 10.7 × 11.4") and weighs 890 g (2 lb) / 1.1 kg (2.4 lb) with mount.
UV-stabilised polycarbonate enclosure with IPX6 weatherproofing. Wind loading of
275 N at 200 km/h (61.8 lbf at 125 mph).
Operating temperature: -40°C to 60°C (-40°F to 140°F). Fully
NDAA compliant.
Compatible with LTU devices only. Easily integrates with existing LBE 5AC Gen 2 deployments.
The
LTU-Instant operates across
5.15–5.95 GHz delivering
900+ Mbps maximum throughput (FW 2.3.0 and later) with
22 dBi integrated antenna gain and 22 dBm maximum conducted TX power per chain.
Channel bandwidth of 10/20/30/40/50/60/80/100 MHz with
configurable uplink/downlink ratio (25/75, 33/67, 50/50).
20 dB isolation. Software features include
airView, speed test, alignment, discovery, ping, traceroute, cable test, constellation, auto distance and power adjustment, SNMP, SSH, dynamic DNS, remote log, and ping watchdog.
Bluetooth management via UISP App and web UI. Operates in
PtMP CPE and PtP modes.
WPA2-PSK (AES) encryption.
