The PSDIN Series of Industrial DIN Rail mount high efficiency switching power supplies operate over a wide temperature range of -40C to +70C. There are two models to supply 120W or 240W. The input is 90 to 264VAC auto-ranging with wire terminal connections. The output is 48VDC nominal with an adjustment range from 47VDC to 56VDC. There is a switch for single or parallel operation. Two 240W supplies operating in parallel will provide 480W total power. There is an alarm output to provide a dry contact closure to trigger an alarm if the DC output fails, like during a grid power failure. The relay is closed when DC output is normal and open when DC output is in fault condition due to overload or safety shutdown.

The TP-DCDC-HP Series of DC to DC converters offered by Tycon Power® are a low cost and high reliability solution for those requiring 24VDC or 56VDC Power over Ethernet voltage from a 12V, 24V or 48V battery system. They have an integrated PoE injector. Passive PoE and 802.3at models are available.

The input and output are isolated so the units can accept minus voltage on input and can be wired for positive voltage on the output for those systems which are negative voltage based.

If the remote device does not support power over Ethernet, splitters (POE-SPLT-S) are available to split the data and DC voltage at the remote device. If the remote device requires reverse voltage the POE-XOVER-S cable can be used.

The TP-SW5GD-BT Power over Ethernet (PoE) 5 Port Gigabit switch offered by Tycon® is a fully automatic high speed Layer 2 Ethernet switch with one 802.3bt PoE input and four 802.3at PoE outputs. Ports 1-4 are 802.3at 35W PoE Out. The Uplink Port 5, is 802.3bt compatible so the switch can accept up to 100W PoE on 4 pairs to power the switch and connected devices remotely over CAT5 or higher Ethernet Cable. The Ethernet spec supports distances up to 100m (328ft). By using as a repeater, 200m total distance is realistic.

The switch can accept power via three different interfaces: Wire Terminal Connector, 4 pin Mini DIN connector or via 802.3at/bt PoE input to Uplink Port 5. Two different power inputs can be used for redundancy. The higher voltage takes priority.
